To meet the precision soldering and rework requirements of micro components, ATTEN has introduced the GT-Y014 Precision Iron Handle, providing a more professional tool option for precision soldering applications.
The GT-Y014 Precision Iron Handle is compatible with ATTEN GT-6090 / GT-6120 Intelligent Soldering Stations. For users who have already purchased these soldering stations, there is no need to replace the main unit. Simply upgrade the system software to use the GT-Y014 Precision Iron Handle, further expanding the soldering station's capabilities for micro-component soldering and precision rework applications.

The compact design makes it easier for operators to observe solder joints and achieve more precise tip positioning in confined spaces.
Its lightweight construction significantly reduces wrist fatigue during extended operation, making it especially suitable for precision work under a microscope where frequent angle and position adjustments are required.
The GT-Y014 is compatible with T14 Series integrated Soldering Tips, featuring high-efficiency heating elements for rapid heat-up and fast thermal recovery.
This helps reduce waiting time during soldering and improves workflow efficiency. Combined with closed-loop temperature control technology, it maintains stable temperature output during continuous soldering operations.
The unit features a resistance to ground of less than 2Ω, providing an effective discharge path for static electricity and helping reduce the risk of electrostatic damage to ICs, precision components, and circuit boards.
The Soldering Tip-to-ground voltage is less than 2mV, minimizing the potential impact of leakage voltage on sensitive components and providing greater protection for precision soldering and rework applications.
When the GT-Y014 is placed back into the iron stand, the system automatically detects it and enters sleep mode.
This reduces energy consumption and high-temperature oxidation during standby, helping extend the service life of the Soldering Tip.
When the handle is picked up again, the system quickly returns to the preset temperature, allowing smooth transitions between short pauses and continuous operation.
The GT-Y014 supports a temperature range of 80–480°C, with temperature accuracy of ±2°C.
Users can flexibly adjust the temperature according to component size, solder type, and specific process requirements.
ATTEN also offers a wide range of consumables to meet different precision soldering and repair requirements. The GT-Y014 is compatible with T14 Series integrated Soldering Tips, with a total of 32 tip shapes available. Users can select the appropriate Soldering Tip according to component size, pad shape, and operating method.
Customized Soldering Tips are also available to further meet the requirements of special components and customized soldering processes.
